These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 399btd. By using any 399btd service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read them carefully before using any of our services.

To use 399btd's services, you must meet the general eligibility criteria below. These requirements apply equally to all users, including those in Bangladesh.

Age & Identity

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• 399btd may request a national ID or other documents for age and identity verification at any time.
• Providing false information will result in account closure with no refund.

Regional Restrictions

It is your responsibility to ensure that using 399btd's services complies with the laws and regulations in your country. 399btd reserves the right to withdraw services from any region due to local legal requirements.

By opening an account on 399btd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Each individual may hold only one account.

Account Security

• Keeping your password confidential is your own responsibility.
• Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own, unless you have previously notified support of unauthorized access or account theft.
• If you notice any suspicious login or account activity, contact 399btd Support immediately.
• Allowing someone else to use your account is a violation of our terms.

Account Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This may require submitting a photo of your national ID and a selfie. 399btd completes verification within 48 hours.

399btd has specific betting rules that apply equally to all users. These rules are in place to ensure fairness and transparency.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 399btd identifies a technical error on its end.
• If any odds are mistakenly set too high or too low before an event begins, 399btd reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• 399btd is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions during live betting.

Match Cancelled or Postponed

• If a match does not start within 36 hours of its scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• In cricket, if a result is determined by the DLS method, it will be treated as the official final result.
• If an event is completely abandoned, full refunds will be issued for all bets placed.

Maximum Bet Limit

399btd sets the maximum bet limit for each market. VIP members enjoy higher limits. Limits may vary by account level, and 399btd reserves the right to adjust them at any time.

Transparency and security are our top priorities for all financial transactions on 399btd. The following rules apply to all monetary activity on the platform.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit is ৳300 via bKash and Nagad, and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposited funds are strictly for use on 399btd services.

Withdrawal

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum is ৳50,000 per day for standard members.
• Higher withdrawal limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• 399btd reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation if money laundering is suspected.

399btd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirement is 18× – meaning you must wager the bonus amount 18 times.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.

Daily Cashback

• Cashback is paid out at a set rate on your daily net losses.
• No wagering requirements on cashback – withdraw instantly.
• 399btd may change cashback amounts and rates at any time.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, referral fraud, bots, or any other dishonest method will result in cancellation of all bonuses and winnings on the accounts involved, along with permanent account closure.

399btd believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a problem. That belief is why responsible gaming is built into the core of our policies.

• Each member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account.
• You can set a session limit — your account will automatically log out after a specified period.
• A self-exclusion option is available for breaks ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• If you apply for a permanent self-exclusion, your account will be closed for good.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 399btd and will result in immediate account closure and full balance forfeiture.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the 399btd platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Exploiting system glitches or technical errors.

399btd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification, or if false information is found.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's verified payment method, provided no investigation is ongoing.

399btd is not liable for the following.

• Bets lost or missed due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party technical issues.
• Account credential leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from betting returns that fall short of expectations.

Under no circumstances will 399btd's liability exceed the total amount deposited. This is separate from any applicable legal rights you may have.

399btd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or an in-platform notification.

• Updated terms take effect 7 days after publication.
• If you object to any updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
• Continued use of 399btd after any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
